Our hire slots are 8am-12noon, 1pm-5pm, 8am-5pm or consecutive days. The time slots cannot be altered as the bikes need to be checked in and/or charged and cleaned, ready to go out again. However you can delay your pickup if you wish.
The system cannot book time slots in the past but we can amend your booking for a late pickup. Please request via our web chat remembering the early mornings are a busy time for us so please be patience, someone will be with you as soon as possible. Thank you.
